Recommended service Differential Flush and Fuel Induction

VW service center recommends Differential Flush - and - Fuel Induction Service; car has low mileage at #36,000 and they are doing what is normally a 50k service. Do I do both of these things or say no thanks?

Differential Flush - Rear: recommend rear differential service
Fuel Induction Service: recommend fuel induction service

Rear diff every 30k . Fuel service not necessary when running 91 octane.
