Driver's door lock. Touch or handle grab, or remote won't lock in cold.

2019. I've had this issue for a couple winters. Driver's door lock. Touch or handle grab, or remote won't lock or unlock driver's door in cold weather...all other doors and hatch lock. Inside cabin lock unlock also not working from driver's side when symptoms occur.
