2019 Golf Alltrack Execline

I plan to get a Uni Stage1 ECU on my Alltrack Execline DSG (canada model of SEL). Should I go with the TCU flash stage1 or the ECU is good enough on its own ?
Should I do the flash myself or go to a tuning shop ?

APR Stage 1, 93 Octane tune. Claimed 245 hp - 301 ft lb torque. Love the torque especially. The car is a blast to drive. If I stay out of the throttle, trip fuel economy generally exceeds 35 mpg. Works for me.
