If there's no history of water leakage at this stage, four years in, can I safely assume that the vehicle is in the clear and not affected by the leak problem?
Generally, although interstingly, most dealers started to check for this presumably due to lawsuit not too long ago So if you've owned it for four years and it's still under warranty, or if you service regularly, just ask your dealers if they checked for this
