Shifting on my 2019 Manual sucks

I have had a manual jetta for 21 years and the shifting is way better than my 2019 Alltrack. Is that clunky shifting feel just part of the deal or is mine a lemon? already had a mystery warranty replacement part. Does anyone love the way theirs shifts ? I did see the list of must dos to make it shift great on another thread but haven't found anyone to do it .
