AEB Hallucinating

For several months the front collision warning has been hallucinating: I'll be the only vehicle on the road and the display will flash the collision warning. The dealer says there's nothing wrong, but I just received notice in the mail of the class-action lawsuit about Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system failures.

Has anyone had to replace an AEB front sensor?

It is rather twitchy, mine goes off on occassion, what's worse is the automatic braking, have had that go off and that's a real danger...although hasn't happened recently. next time you're in, verify to see if a firmware upgrade recently fixed this or not. dirt / ice plays a major role in this but that's a common issue.
